Paid Time Off
Flexible, routine time-off for purposes such as vacation, relaxation, and other short-term absences.
Sick & Incapacity Time
Attentive encourages employees to not work when sick, to rest, recover, and to avoid spreading illness with co-workers. Employees are entitled to 8 days in any 52 week period for their own incapacity. We also provide 5 days of discretionary sick leave for a total of 13 days. Attentive sick time runs concurrent with Statutory Sick Pay (up to 28 weeks).
Bereavement
Our flexible bereavement policy extends to the loss of an immediate family member, extended family member, close friend, or a pet in your home. We encourage employees to take the time they need to mourn immediately following a death, plan for death services, attend services and grieve in other ways.
UK employees are REQUIRED and entitled to take 28 days’ paid holiday. This is inclusive of the Company’s paid holidays.
