Enrollment
As a UK employee, you will automatically be enrolled in our pension plan, administered by Nest. You are eligible the first of the month from when you join. Activate your NEST account here.
Contribution Amount
Your total contribution amount is 8% of your base pay.
- You contribute 5%
- Attentive contributes 3%
To change your deferral election, other than opting out, please open a ticket with Payroll.
Opt Out Option
Upon eligibility, you will receive a welcome letter from Nest with instructions on how to opt-out of the program. If you choose to opt-out, you will not receive the 3% contribution by Attentive.
