New Hire
Welcome to Attentive! We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare cover for yourself and your dependents.
Employees are automatically enrolled in benefits and have the option to opt out of the private medical, dental, and pension plans. Please refer to each page for more information.
Following your hire, you will receive an email from Napier Lane with more information on your available benefits and an invitation to join an intro call.
Since our Benefits Team is located in the US, we partner with Napier Lane to provide support to you during UK local time.
Eligibility
You are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following your start date if you are a full-time or part-time employee who is both employed and a resident in the UK (unless otherwise specified).
If you wish to enroll a dependent(s) in private medical and/or dental you will receive instructions on how to do so during your intro call with Napier Lane.
Cost of Cover
Attentive pays the full premium for employees. If you enroll dependent(s) into private medical and/or dental, Attentive will pay 50% of the cost.
Annual Renewal occurs June 1
At which time, you will be advised of any benefit coverage changes and allowed 30 days to make changes (i.e. opt out of medical/dental, add or remove dependents).

Life Events
If you experience a life event (i.e. marriage, divorce, baby, loss of other coverage, gain of other coverage), please email Napier Lane within 30 days of the event. Changes are effective on the event date.
