We are happy to offer the following leaves to benefit eligible employees immediately upon hire.

Maternity Leave

  • Eligible for 52 weeks of statutory leave
  • Attentive tops up statutory benefit for first 20 weeks of 100% of pay

Paternity Leave

  • Eligible for 18 weeks of statutory leave
  • Attentive tops up statutory benefit for first 2 weeks of 100% pay
  • Attentive pays next 10 weeks of leave at 100% pay

Medical/Extended Sick Leave

  • Eligible for 28 weeks of statutory sick pay
  • Attentive tops up first 13 days of sick leave to 100% pay

Carer’s Leave

  • Up to 1 week at 100% pay in a 12-month period

Reproductive Loss Leave

  • Up to 6 weeks 100% pay for employees experiencing a reproductive loss (i.e. miscarriage, stillbirth, failed surrogacy, etc.)

Leave of Absences will run concurrently with all statutory leaves.

If you need to take a leave of absence, notify your manager and complete the internal Attentive Employee Leave Request Form as soon as you feel comfortable and at least 90 days prior to your expected leave start date, where applicable.
