Fitness & Wellness Reimbursements

To support your wellbeing, Attentive offers a monthly fitness & wellness stipend as well as a one-time fitness equipment stipend.

Please know that we review eligible expenses annually and are unable to offer reimbursement for certain expenses due to tax implications.

Monthly Fitness & Wellness Stipend

Full-Time UK Employees can be reimbursed up to £75 per month for eligible expenses.

Eligible Expenses

  • Monthly or annual gym or fitness center memberships (Equinox, NYSC, Classpass, etc.)
  • Instructor-led fitness class expenses (Yoga, Barry’s, Spin, Boxing, CrossFit, etc.)
  • Registration expenses for fitness events (e.g. running races, triathlons, etc.)
  • Personal trainer fees
  • Meditation and wellness apps (e.g. Headspace, Calm, The Mindfulness App, etc.)

Ineligible Expenses

  • Installment payments for at-home equipment
  • Fees or expenses for leisure activities, e.g. snowboarding, surfing, golfing, etc.

Annual Memberships

If you paid for a membership up front for the year, we will reimburse a maximum of £75 each month. Simply attach your annual contract to your Expensify report as your receipt. In the expense description, please note the numbered month of the annual charge (1 of 12, 2 of 12, etc.)

Program Reminders

This is a use-it-or-lose-it program. If you do not timely submit for reimbursement each month, you will lose the benefit for that month.

One-Time Equipment Stipend

Full-Time UK Employees can be reimbursed up to £150 one-time for eligible at-home fitness equipment purchases.

Eligible Expenses

  • Dumbbells
  • Yoga mats
  • Indoor exercise bikes, treadmills, home gyms (ie Peloton, Bowflex, NordicTrack, etc.)

Ineligible Expenses

  • Outdoor bikes
  • Athletic gear/sport attire
  • Fitbits, Whoop
  • Handheld massagers
  • Vitamins/supplements
