Claims Process

Referral Claims Process

  1. Go to your G.P.
  2. Obtain a referral
  3. Research AXA PPP recognised consultants and hospitals
  4. Call 0800 364 524 to get a claim authorized
  5. Contact the consultant’s secretary to organise your appointment
  6. Take your membership number authorisation code to the appointment
