Please be sure to keep your beneficiary allocations up to date by completing the Expression of Wish Form, located on our internal UK Benefits Hub, and submitting it through a benefits ticket.
Important
If your salary exceeds £192,500 please complete the Telephone Underwriting Consent Form in order for Canada Life underwriting to occur and for you to receive your full benefit.
