What Will I Pay?
The annual One Medical membership is normally $199/person per year for access to their services, but we are fully covering this cost for you, your spouse/partner, and your dependents.
One Medical is in network with our Cigna Medical plans and most major insurance plans. Visits scheduled in advance are billed to your insurance like a standard doctor’s visit.
For Kaiser members, only on-demand virtual services are available due to network restrictions which differs from ‘Remote Virtual Visits’.

Join now by following instructions located on our internal US Benefits Hub. Don’t forget to sign up your spouse/partner and dependents as well.
Download the One Medical app on the App Store or Google Play Store. You can use the free One Medical app for 24/7 Video Chat, prescription renewal requests, messaging providers, appointment booking, and more.
Already A One Medical Member?
- Login to your One Medical account
- Select your name in the top right and click ‘Account’
- Select ‘Membership & Billing’ and ‘Update Sponsored Membership’
- Enter your work email address
Looking To Add Family Members?
- Click the settings icon in the top right of the home screen
- Select “Sign up your family” at the top
- Press “Add family” at the bottom
- Choose the membership type (adult or kids)
- Complete the registration by following the prompts
