Compensation @ Attentive

At Attentive, our goal is to provide competitive rates at or above the market’s median for all roles for cash compensation based on level, job family, location, and experience. Our approach is:

Geo Zones & One Band

Our compensation structures are dependent on country and department.  Below are the two structures and which groups they apply to:

  • Geo Zones
    • For roles in the US we benchmark based on geographic regions, which are classified as Zone 1 and Zone 2.  
      • Zone 1 consists of  San Francisco, Seattle and New York metro regions.
      • Zone 2 reflects all other US geographic locations. We have developed a two-zone approach to ensure we are paying market-competitive salaries dependent upon the cost of labor market.
    • For international roles, we also apply a geographic approach and use the geographic location based on where our offices are located.

 

One Band – For US Sales variable-eligible roles, we apply a one-band structure across all locations, rather than separate Zone 1 and Zone 2 bands. 

  • This approach reflects current market dynamics in the sales industry and aligns with the broader shift toward remote work. The unified structure enables us to remain competitive while recruiting top talent and maintaining consistency in our sales compensation philosophy.

    Equity & RSU’s

    Equity is a key part of the total compensation package for all full-time employees at Attentive. It is designed to:
