Matching Gift Program
Attentive will match your gift to your favorite charity!
The “Be Attentive” matching gift program recognizes the importance of charitable nonprofit organizations and is an extension of our core values.
This program encourages our employees to “be attentive” in identifying and supporting these organizations, and the impactful work that inspires them. Attentive will match contributions of $10 to a maximum of $300 per employee, per calendar year.
Each employee, unless otherwise specified, will receive the USD equivalent in matched dollars in the local currency of the nonprofit (based on the currency/location of the nonprofit itself). The current exchange rate is used to convert the payout to the nonprofit from Millie.

Accessing The Millie Platform
Employees can access Millie by going to the login page, clicking Sign in with SSO and entering their Attentive email, or by going to attentive.okta.com and clicking the Millie icon.
Once on the site employees can create a profile and begin giving.

Common Questions:
What qualifies an organization for donation matching?
To be qualified for a matching employer contribution, the organization must be a social service, charitable or environmental organization that is not-for-profit and recognized as such by the IRS as a 501(c) (3).

How do I access Millie?
Employees can access Millie by going to the log in page, clicking Sign in with SSO and entering their Attentive email, or by going to attentive.okta.com and clicking the Millie icon.

When will Attentive match my donation?
Matches will be made on a monthly basis.
How can I make a donation?
Charitable contributions can be made through our partnership with Millie, an online charitable giving and corporate responsibility platform. Employees can make donations via credit/debit card and will first want to load the amount into their profile’s ‘Wallet’ section.
- From your Millie profile, navigate to the ‘Donate’ page at the top of your screen.
- Search the EIN or name of the organization in the search bar. (EIN is recommended! Some not-for-profits have many similar names or separate branches, resulting in difficulty identifying the correct one.)
How do I make a donation to an organization not found on Millie?
Employees must submit a ticket to the People Service Desk with the following details:
- Name of the organization.
- URL link to website.
- Federal tax ID/ employer identification number (EIN).
- Brief description of the organization’s mission/purpose.
(The People Team may also request additional information on any organization which is not easily identifiable as a qualified organization for the employer match).
Once approved, Millie will add the organization within 2-4 business days and it will become searchable in the platform.
Can I use Millie to fundraise for a cause I care about?
Absolutely! Have your favorite non-profits complete this application and claim their profile to join Millie.
