We are happy to offer the following 100% paid leaves to benefit eligible employees immediately upon hire.

New Parent Leave

Up to 20 weeks for an employee giving birth and up to 12 weeks for a non-birth giving employee.

Medical Leave

Up to 12 Weeks to recover from a serious health condition.

Family Leave

Up to 12 weeks to support an immediate family member’s  (i.e. spouse or domestic partner, child, or parent) health condition.

Military Leave

Up to 12 weeks to fulfill US Military orders.

Reproductive Loss Leave

Up to 12 weeks in the event of miscarriage or stillborn in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. Our flexible bereavement time off can be utilized in the 1st trimester.

Disaster Emergency Leave

Up to 6 weeks as a result of Disaster Declarations.

Leave of Absences will run concurrently with all federal, state, or local leave laws, including the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), State Disability Insurance (SDI) and short-term disability (STD) benefits.

If you need to take a leave of absence, notify your manager and complete the internal Attentive Employee Leave Request Form as soon as you feel comfortable and at least 90 days prior to your expected leave start date, where applicable.
