Modern Health is a mental wellness platform that makes it simple to access personalized mental health care.

Get support in the way that works best for you—whether that’s 1:1 sessions with care professionals, group support, or guided meditations & digital courses, all within a single app.

Answer just a few quick questions about your wellbeing and Modern Health will thoughtfully guide you to resources that align with your needs and preferences, in areas like:

You & Your Dependents Will Have Access To:

  • 6 1:1 sessions with certified mental health professional or financial wellbeing coaches
  • 6 1:1 sessions with licensed clinical therapists (dependents age 6-17 will only have access to therapy)
  • Unlimited group support sessions (called Circles)
  • A library of guided mediations and self-paced digital courses
  • Ongoing wellbeing assessments to check in on your wellbeing over time.
