Attentive’s Office Ops team oversees the efficient day-to-day operations and fosters a cross-functional team environment at our Attentive workplace. Coworking Reimbursement For Remote Work
Remote employees, who reside 30+ miles away from any Attentive office, can work out of any coworking space of their choice and expense up to $300 AUD/month for the coworking space.
Work From Home Equipment Stipend
While Attentive does have offices, the Company is primarily remote. In an effort to make everyone feel comfortable and productive in their home offices, we allow all full-time employees at Attentive a one-time stipend to outfit their home office.

If you have special needs
Please reach out to the Office team via the People Service Desk if you require special furniture accommodations, attachments, or office supplies. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and in some instances you may be asked to submit a doctor’s note.
IT Equipment
To ensure successful remote work, in addition to an Attentive-provided laptop and charger, employees are allowed to expense up to $850 AUD for work from home technology equipment. Any equipment in excess of this, requires manager and department head approval.
