We are happy to offer the following 100% paid leaves to benefit eligible employees immediately upon hire.

Maternity Leave

Eligible for 24 months of statutory leave

Attentive tops up statutory benefit for the first 20 weeks of 100% of pay

Paternity Leave

Eligible for 52 weeks of statutory leave

Attentive tops up statutory benefit for the first 12 weeks of 100% pay

Carer’s Leave

Up to 20 days at 100% pay in a 12-month period

Reproductive Loss Leave

Up to 6 weeks 100% pay for employees experiencing a reproductive loss (i.e. miscarriage, stillbirth, failed surrogacy, etc.)

Leave of Absences will run concurrently with all statutory leaves.

If you need to take a leave of absence, notify your manager and complete the internal Attentive Employee Leave Request Form as soon as you feel comfortable and at least 90 days prior to your expect leave start day, where applicable.
