Paid Time Off
Flexible, routine time-off for purposes such as vacation, relaxation, and other short-term absences.
Sick Time
Employees are entitled to 20 days of paid carer’s leave off for each year of service for which they can utilize for sick time off. This time runs concurrently with statutory carer’s leave.
Bereavement
Our flexible bereavement policy extends to the loss of an immediate family member, extended family member, close friend, or a pet in your home. We encourage employees to take the time they need to mourn immediately following a death, plan for death services, attend services and grieve in other ways.
Important Time Off Reminder
AUS employees are REQUIRED to take and enter in ADP at least 4 weeks each year.
